Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Design HVAC systems (including ductwork, chilled water, VRF/VRV systems) using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, or Carrier E20.
  • Perform heat load calculations, equipment selection, and prepare BOQs and technical submittals.
  • Develop detailed mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Supervise on-site execution of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other MEP disciplines during the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
  • Review and evaluate contractor and vendor proposals and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, logs, and material approvals.
  • Stay updated on industry codes and standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC design and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, equipment sizing, and layout planning.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, and MS Office.
  • Familiar with international standards and codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
